Conclusion about the question

Most of the people agreed that it is not fair that the government spends a huge amount of money in ammunition and armies instead of helping endangered species such as the Jaguar (Panthera Onca), but they also agreed that they should not spend all the money in the protection of this animals because there are more important things in the country like for example infraestructure and education. They agreed that the government should balance where they spend their money, a part goes to infraestucture, another part to roads, another to secutity, another to education, etc.
